What the booking form does

When you use the request form, your browser opens your default email application with the trip details you entered. Your information is sent only when you choose to send that email. The site does not store your form entries or process a payment.

Information you share

Your email may include your name, email address, travel date, pickup and drop-off, passenger count and any notes you choose to provide. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and plan a proposed ride. Please avoid including payment-card numbers or sensitive identity documents in your message.
